HPC Goes Puisto 2013

Juliste: Kasper Salonen
On jälleen Goes Puiston aika!

Tapahtumat juontaa runoilija Kasper Salonen. Tervetuloa!

Summer is well and truly here, and Helsinki's picturesque parks are once again to ring with the sounds of stage poetry. The Helsinki Poetry Connection will organize three events in three parks around the city, equipped with a microphone, a white party tent and as much good cheer as one outdoor recreational facility can hold.

HPC Goes Puisto is an outdoor poetry club, now in its third consecutive year, where everybody has a voice. At each event, three poets from the collective will recite their poetry, after which all members of the audience are invited to read their own material for all to hear. This is open mic in the very bosom of nature, not something to be missed. Join us at Karhupuisto (June 28th), the outdoor coffee stall in Käpylä (July 11th) and the ever-epic Alppipuisto (July 26th) for an experience you'll never forget. The events are free of charge and will be hosted by poet Kasper Salonen. Remember to bring your poems and other written material, whatever the language!
